Executive Assistant / Communications Coordinator (Makati)

Your duties will include, but not be limited to:
• Coordinating/scheduling meetings and special events using MS Outlook;
• Planning and managing the logistics of all meetings including schedules, agendas and information packages and minute-taking;
• Conducting analysis and information gathering;
• Preparing briefing notes and presentations;
• Arranging travel and accommodations;
• Supporting multiple senior/executive level staff and communicating with external stakeholders;
• Preparing letters, proofing/editing correspondence, and
• Providing other administrative duties and special projects as required.

We are looking for candidates who possess the following skills and experience:
• Minimum 2 years administrative experience supporting multiple senior level executives in a fast-paced environment;
• Background in Media Relations, Publishing, and PR are considered an asset.
• Superior communication, writing, editing, research and relationship management skills;
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects;
• Advanced computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook);
• Sound judgment and excellent problem solving and analytical skills; and
• Superior work ethic and great attention to detail.
• Self motivated, upbeat, and can-do attitude with the ability to learn quickly.
